Summary:

The presentation can be summarized as follows: a discussion of the general rules and exceptions to Louisiana’s public records doctrine, as established by Louisiana’s Civil Code, Mineral Code, Revised Statutes and jurisprudence. As I go, I will also apply and illustrate the general rules and exceptions using practical and relevant “real world” examples.
