Summary:  Brent will focus primarily on a survey of the federal and tribal statutory, regulatory underpinnings regarding federal leasing, leasehold title ownership and transfers, and the managing of operational issues such as suspensions of operations/production, royalty rate decreases, etc.

The presentation will also touch upon the current status of federal and tribal lands leasing issues.
