All hotel accommodations will be the responsibility of the registrant. Hotel Reservation Deadline: August 13th.  Hotel cancelations must be made within 72 hours of check-in.  If not made within this time frame, 1 night plus taxes will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Please note that each certified member will be responsible for submitting their individual affidavit of attendance form to the respective association for accreditation.

Wednesday Workshop Classes: 

This year, we are offering optional Wednesday workshops at no charge, contingent on enough attendee interest.  Taking a class may require an additional night's stay at the hotel Tuesday evening.  

1) Escheat and Unclaimed Property taught by Pam Wentz of Georgeson (8:30AM-11:30AM)

2) Courthouse tour subject to availability (AM or PM)

Wednesday President's Welcome Reception "Appetizers and cash bar" and Thursday Evening "Night at River Ranch with entertainment by Uptown Drive" events are included in the price of tuition.  Lunch on Wednesday is not provided.  Wednesday evening reception will be appetizers and drinks from 5pm to 7pm.

Guest attendance Wednesday Reception & Thursday Night Event only  - $225 *Price is flat rate regardless of whether guest attends only one or both events.  Guest registration does NOT include breakfast and lunch.

Thursday Evening Information:

Will be held at River Ranch Stockyard with BBQ buffet (Brisket, Smoked Chicken Breasts, and Sausage along with Hot & Cold side options, and drink tickets for Beer & Wine).

Games will be available including Cornhole, Horseshoes, Giant Jenga, and Yard Dominos.

Dancing and music will be provided by the band "Uptown Drive"!

Event Parking: Valet parking: $30 + tax per night/per vehicle* – overnight parking (unlimited in/out privileges)  *Over-sized vehicles: $40 + tax per night/per vehicle *Daily and event valet parking: $22 per vehicle* (no in/out privileges) *City-operated self-parking: $22 per vehicle* (no in/out privileges)– available at the city-operated garage adjacent to the hotel. The garage entrance is on 11th Street between Houston and Throckmorton (one block north of the hotel).  *Prices are subject to change without notice.

Institute Registration Refund Policy:

Please note that refunds will only be issued for requests submitted no later than August 5th OR in case of death of immediate family member or serious illness. If a credit card fee is imposed on NADOA, said incurred fee will be charged to registrant and deducted from the refund total. This credit card fee applies to refunds only.
